Sacred Intuitive Painting has been such a cherished gift in my life and I am so delighted to share it with you. The painting process has helped me to get to know myself in ways that were deeply impactful and helped me to see things within me that were once hidden. It is a place where I am invited to practice deep love, acceptance and compassion for my self.  It’s also been a powerful way to get up close and personal with myself. As scary as this may sound, I am happy to share that it has been incredibly freeing to witness myself in this way. What I also love about this beautiful deep spiritual practice is that with each painting session, I am invited to a deep dance and connection with creativity and with Spirit.  Creativity is our life force energy. When I paint, I feel like I am in deep communion with Spirit and always curious to see what will be revealed. 

Sacred Intuitive Painting is not a how to painting process. Here,  we are focusing on the process not the outcome. We will not be exploring art techniques or instructions to make your art better. This is a painting process that invites you to be intimate with your self in all of her expressions. Here all is welcomed. No painting experience needed. All that you need is an open heart, an open mind, and a deep desire to engage your curiosity and imagination. Just so you know, this process may at times be messy because inside jobs often are. Our inner worlds are filled with a myriad of complexities. Your hot mess is welcome and it will be witnessed with the utmost care, love and compassion. Your courage admired and your bravery celebrated.  Here in this sacred space, I embrace you with open arms, a deep love and compassion for the complexity of the human journey. I am your guide on this wild ride of painting explorations. In this sacred space, you have an opportunity to excavate rich wisdom about your self, and your life’s journey. For you see, you are the key to discovering what lies within you. Magic is awaiting you.

If you are interested in learning or perfecting various art techniques. This is not an art instruction course. The main focus of this process is to cultivate creativity and unleash its genius onto the page while enhancing listening to your intuitive impulses.

If you are not interested in carving out a space for creativity in your life. 

If you have no desire to live more authentically.  

If you only are focused on making pretty things that you desire to sell. The art we are making is to strengthen our connection to our inner world while unearthing the gifts within. 

If you are in a really rough spot right now in your life and your emotional well being would best supported and nurtured with a therapist. 

 

Sacred Offerings 

I am so honoured and really excited to offer 2 small groups of Sacred Intuitive Painting sessions in May (max 10 Beloveds per group). A waitlist will be created. 

We will meet one evening per week for 4 consecutive weeks.  All sacred gatherings will happen online via Zoom technology. Zoom is free and can easily be downloaded on your computer. 

Each weekly group gathering will be 3 hours in length. You are encouraged to be present for the full session. At this moment in time, these sessions will not be recorded. It is deeply important for me to honour the privacy and intimacy of this process and this is one way to do so.  If something comes up and you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you are invited to reach out to me via email and I will offer guidance on how to move forth with your creative spiritual practice during that week. 

A supply list will be sent to you prior to the beginning of the first class. I will do my best to keep the list of supplies basic and affordable.
